In a world where giant monsters rule, humans are mere accessories to nature. Yet the hunters of this world still stand between them and the pure forces of nature threatening to destroy humanity once and for all.
As with all clone troopers from the extragalactic planet Kamino, Bacara was cloned from the genetic template of the human bounty hunter Jango Fett and trained as a soldier in an army for the Galactic Republic. During the final months of the Clone Wars, Bacara's Galactic Marines served under the command of Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi, while Republic forces laid siege to the Separatist strongholds in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy.
CC-1138, was a clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett created and trained on the planet Kamino.[1] There, he trained with an ex-Journeyman Protector[3] and eventually was given the rank of Clone Marshal Commander.[4] After his training, he then received training from Advanced Recon Commandos[3] and chose the name "Bacara."[5]
While Bacara's appearance in the final cut is silent, there were two lines attributed to him in the illustrated screenplay. These were "Yes, sir" and "It will be done, My Lord," and the commander's actions were even slightly expanded as well: he was to be given the command to execute the order by Darth Sidious via comlink and then snap the comlink close as he looked on the city's main plaza before killing Ki-Adi-Mundi.[15]
The last thing a hunter wants is to be outdone by their familiar, but if you team up with Anara, that's exactly what you'll get. If you can swallow your pride and accept her help, you'll find yourself with a bounty of slain beasts and your enemies dead before you. All she wants in return is a cut to return to her den, someone to have her back in combat, and the occasional scratches around the antlers.
Miara is a daen, a packmaster of the Exquisite caste on the plane of Lorwyn. She leads a hunting pack and has the esteemed privilege of being allowed to speak to elves of the Perfect caste. While her skills as a deadly hunter and talented tactician earned her the notice of elven leadership, it was her ruthless and thorough extermination of eyeblights that made her Exquisite. The most silent hunter on the plane, Miara's prey never sees nor hears her coming.
It was only natural for him to see the Terran-Kilrathi War as a chance to fly Confederation fighters. He joined the Space Naval Academy with the 201st Class[3] and gathered with a group of 1200 kids. They were ordered to report early the next morning for the shuttle to Hilthros, but Maniac felt necessary to say goodbye to a waitress from the sky-lounge, who wouldn't let him go. He delayed the flight (and the rest 1199 kids who were waiting for him) in the launch bay until he arrived. Instead of apologising, he boasted that he'd graduate Number One anyway, making Midshipman Tanaka Mariko furious, "awarding" him with 15 demerits (which however were void as Marshall was not a Cadet yet). The only empty seat in the shuttle was next to Carl T. LaFong, who wished to sleep over the travel time, but Todd wouldn't let him, narrating his life story and achievements for 3 hours. LaFong thought that Maniac was a repulsive character and had to threaten him in order to make him silent.[2]
